I trudge through the rainforest, hike in the mountains, take a boat through the mangroves and look for traces in the sand in the desert. Tree frogs call in the reeds, dew drops glisten in a meadow at sunrise, I roam the deserted part of a cemetery and watch birds by the sea.
In all these various places I meet beings whose stories I try to capture with my camera. Oftentimes it is the small details or a moment that catches my attention and results in my fascination with nature.

Ich stapfe durch den Regenwald, wandere im Hochgebirge, fahre mit dem Boot durch Mangroven, suche in der Wüste nach Spuren im Sand. Laubfrösche rufen im Schilf, Tautropfen glitzern auf einer Wiese im Sonnenaufgang, ich streife durch den verlassenen Teil eines Friedhofes, und beobachte Vögel am Meer.
An all diesen Orten treffe ich auf Lebewesen, dessen Geschichten ich mit meiner Kamera festhalte. Oftmals sind es die kleinen Details oder ein Augenblick, welche mich in den Bann der Natur ziehen.
